Our own O&M crews work only in Crete. That is a deliberate boundary. Outside Crete, we sell GPweb to partners — installers, EPCs, O&M companies. They run their own operations on GPweb, with their own crews, their own customers and their own contracts.

Years of operating PV plants sit behind this product.

Our people have built and operated photovoltaic plants for a long time: dealing with the grid operator, the paperwork, the commissioning crews, and the early-morning callouts. GPweb was written for those plants first, and it still runs them.

That shapes the product more than anything else about us. What is in it came out of problems someone had on a real plant, on a working day, with the grid operator on the phone.

But this is not just a product showcase. We have a lot of experience operating PV systems of every kind — fixed and tracking, and all sorts of inverters. Our goal for O&M is to make the owner's life as easy as possible: keeping the systems in excellent operating condition and catching issues before they become severe.

What the service covers

Scheduled and corrective maintenance, remote supervision, and data analysis to catch degradation before it becomes a real problem — the last of which is the part most O&M contracts quietly leave out.

Common questions

I run O&M on the mainland. Are you going to compete with me for my plants?

No. We work in Crete and have no plans to send anyone anywhere else. Everywhere outside Crete, our business is selling you the platform for your own operations — your contracts, your customers, your brand in front of the owner. O&M companies are one of the channels we sell through, which is exactly why we are not going to turn up and take your customer.

Do I have to take your O&M to buy GPweb?

No, and most customers do not. The product stands on its own: a substation manufacturer bundles the controller, an EPC standardizes on it across projects, an owner runs it with their existing maintenance arrangement. The service is a separate conversation, and only available if the plant is in Crete.

Can you take on a plant outside Crete?

Not with our own crews, and we would rather say so than take the contract and subcontract it quietly. What we can usually do is introduce a partner who already operates in that area and runs on the same platform, so you get the tooling either way.

What does the platform give my own maintenance team?

An event record that carries an alarm from the moment it is raised through to the moment somebody closes it — so a callout becomes a decision rather than the default response to a phone call. One view across every plant rather than a login per site, and remote access that answers many questions before a van moves.

And full documentation of any problem, including work reports, until the issue is fixed.
