Enquiries you send us. Our contact form has no server of its own: it opens your own email application with the details you typed already filled in, and your data reaches us only if you choose to send that email. The same applies if you write to us directly. We receive whatever you include — typically your name, company, role, email address, phone number and a description of your plant — and use it to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Server logs. Each time a page is requested, our hosting provider records standard technical data — IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type — in order to operate and protect the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server, so viewing the site sends no data to third parties. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies.

Your enquiry is handled by Greekpower staff only. The technical operation of the site relies on our hosting provider, which acts as our processor and is located within the European Union. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing, and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA.

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to deal with your request and any business relationship that follows, after which it is deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and are then deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you access to your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable form; where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
